• Ensure the rebate processing, contact center, and incentive processing center meet program deliverables by being the voice to internal clients.
• Relay key program changes, provide progress updates, ensure reporting is accurate and complete, monitor contractual requirements to ensure compliance, present new innovations, and help develop and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications could replace work experience.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
