Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of remote customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer care processes and procedures.
3. Monitor and analyze customer care metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
4. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
6. Train and mentor customer care representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in customer care management.
3. Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
6. Proficiency in customer relationship management software.
7. Experience in financial services or related industry is a plus.
