As an independent contractor, you will have the freedom to build your own business while receiving competitive commission rates. Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients to determine appropriate insurance products.
• Present and explain various insurance products, such as life, health, auto, and home insurance.
• Customize insurance plans to fit individual client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage client accounts, process policy changes, and handle customer inquiries.
• Remain informed on product updates and industry trends to advise clients effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and company performance goals.
Requirements:
• Proven and solid experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Active insurance license(s) in the state(s) you intend to operate.
• Knowledge of various insurance products (life, health, auto, and home).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and self-motivation.
