• Look up and track customer orders and research loyalty card account inquiries.
• Work with internal teams to find answers and resolve customer issues.
• Provide clear, concise, and professional written responses to customers.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to research issues and collaborate with internal teams.
• Good documentation skills to track and resolve inquiries.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be reliable and dependable, with the ability to work onsite.
