Compensation And Benefits
• Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for rapid pay increases and internal promotions.
• Work Arrangement: This role is remote after completing a two-week training orientation at our Gilbert training center.
• Schedule: Work hours typically span Monday to Friday, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays, which are compensated at time and a half.
