Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Internet navigation
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently, while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers
Document and report customer feedback to improve service processes
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer concerns
