Conduct thorough research as needed to address complex customer concerns.

Required Skills

Qualifications
Must be a resident of Colorado.
A minimum of 1 year of consistent call center experience is required; 2-3 years is preferred.
At least 1 year of customer service experience is essential.
Dependable attendance is crucial, particularly during the 2-3 week training program.
A quiet home office setup free from distractions is necessary.
Familiarity with the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS) is advantageous.
