Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide information and assistance
• Utilize computerized systems to input and track customer orders and inquiries
• Assist with sales inquiries and provide product information
• Maintain office organization and assist with administrative tasks
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Provide multilingual support when necessary
• Support customers with cash handling transactions
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times
Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Knowledge of customer support practices and procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,862.00 – $60,356.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
