Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including telephone and electronic means.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, particularly with mobile and web applications.
• Gather and analyze relevant information to address product and service inquiries.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and effectively resolving complaints.
• Record comprehensive details of inquiries, comments, and complaints, maintaining an organized customer database.
• Facilitate outbound sales calls and coordinate demos for our inside sales representatives.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to address and escalate unresolved issues.
Required Skills
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, specifically within SaaS or similar industries.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Basecamp, TimeDoctor, and Google Drive.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and flexibility while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
• Proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets is a plus.
Qualifications
• A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or customer success roles.
• Self-motivated and able to perform well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, complemented by effective communication and presentation abilities.
