Job Description
In your role as a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for Apple Store customers. Youll help customers navigate their queries regarding their Apple products and services, addressing any technical issues, inquiries about orders, and product features.
As a remote position, you will need to establish a professional home office environment that allows you to effectively serve customers. Familiarity with Apple products such as iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and Apple Services will be advantageous.
