We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic team in New York. In this integral role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and processing our database files and digital documents. This remote position offers flexibility for motivated individuals who excel in typing and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities…
• Prepare, compile, and organize documents for data entry.
• Verify the accuracy of source documents and rectify any inconsistencies.
• Collect additional information for incomplete documents as necessary.
• Update and maintain data, including the removal of redundant files.
• Input information from source documents into specified databases and formats.
• Scan and manage documents within our systems effectively.
• Ensure the accuracy of completed work and proper storage.
• Maintain records of tasks and activities in logbooks.
• Respond to information requests and access relevant files as needed.
• Print information when required, while adhering to data integrity and security policies.
• Monitor office equipment and stationery supplies.

Qualifications
