Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Remote Email/Chat Support Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support via email and chat. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to customer satisfaction and helping us build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

– Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.

– Assist clients with their questions regarding construction services, project timelines, and general company information.

– Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive experience.

– Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

– Collaborate with team members to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer service.

– Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

– Support the team in other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus.

– Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.

– Basic understanding of construction terminology and processes is beneficial but not required.

– Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

– Proficient in using computers, email, and chat platforms; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
