Key Responsibilities
• Accurately create and update client accounts

• Process online bidder approvals and requests efficiently
• Generate comprehensive reports, manage shipping instructions, and facilitate client communications
• Maintain and update mailing list records
• Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax data
• Collect and manage client survey feedback
• Assist with various duties as needed
Required Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
