Key Responsibilities:
? Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to Epic Clinical systems.
? Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
? Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
? Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
? Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing fast and accurate information.
? Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
? Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.

Qualifications:
? Proven experience as a Help Desk Specialist or other customer support role.
? Familiarity with Epic Clinical systems and healthcare IT environments.
? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
