What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Support the Director of Business Operations in daily tasks and client management
• Manage communication and coordination between clients’ upper management and employees
• Oversee complex scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements for clients
• Maintain detailed records in the timekeeping system and organize client communications
• Perform various administrative tasks, including typing, spreadsheet creation, and event planning
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role reporting directly to senior management
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interfacing with clients
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience in developing internal processes and filing systems
• Associate’s degree or higher in administration or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Active Campaign, Zoho, or Pipedrive
