We are currently seeking a dedicated Remote Full-Time Form Filling Specialist for our company. As part of our team, your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and efficient data entry support to various departments. You will be dealing with both structured and unstructured forms and ensuring all data entered is accurate and up to date. If you have excellent typing… skills, a keen eye for detail, and can work independently, this is a great opportunity for you.
Job Type: Full-time, Remote
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Responsibilities:
1. Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
2. Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
3. Manage and organize records and files
4. Prepare relevant reports as needed
5. Provide general data entry support across many teams on an ad-hoc basis
6. Ensure all workflows are completed in a timely manner
7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
8. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
