Our mission is to empower women through connection-based coaching, focusing on nutrition, functional health, and hormone optimization.

Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and driven Health and Fitness Coach with a specialization in menopausal health. You will work closely with women over 40, guiding them through their health and wellness journeys with a deep understanding of the unique challenges they face during menopause.

Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized coaching to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals
• Develop tailored nutrition and training plans focused on menopausal needs
• Educate clients on functional health and hormonal balance strategies
• Foster strong, trust-based relationships through empathetic, connection-driven coaching
• Deliver coaching sessions online (written, video, and verbal)
• Monitor progress and provide ongoing accountability and support

Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of nutrition, fitness, and functional health
• Basic knowledge of hormones, especially relating to menopause
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in online coaching required
• Empathy, accountability, and a passion for helping women transform their lives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
