Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging instruction in designated subject areas, utilizing video technology for interactive learning.
• Foster a dynamic classroom environment while managing student engagement through effective teaching methodologies.
• Assess student performance through assignments and provide timely feedback to ensure academic success.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.
Required Skills
• Proficient communication abilities in both verbal and written English.
• Competence in utilizing technological tools for instructional purposes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret information and follow established guidelines.
• Effective classroom management techniques to promote a productive learning environment.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Possess a Master’s Degree in the relevant discipline or an equivalent field, or
• Hold a Master’s Degree in a related cognate field with:
• A minimum of 18 graduate credit hours specific to the discipline, or
• At least 6 graduate credit hours specific to the discipline, alongside:
• Two years or four academic terms of teaching experience in discipline-specific courses at the collegiate level, or
• Five years of discipline-specific teaching experience at the secondary level (grades 7-12) with a valid Pennsylvania teaching license for the relevant discipline.

Work Schedule
Classes are scheduled between 8:30 AM and 9:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, allowing flexibility in teaching hours.
