Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
- Experience in telehealth or remote care is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, private workspace
Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic triage and health advice to patients
- Coordinate care plans and follow-up appointments
- Educate patients on their health conditions and treatment options
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the EHR system
- Participate in continuous education and training programs
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies

Educational Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure in the state of residence
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Previous telehealth or remote care experience preferred
