Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP), or similar
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Proficiency with telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth consultations and follow-up care to patients
- Diagnose medical conditions, develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EHR system
- Educate patients on health management and disease prevention
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Educational Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution
- Current Nurse Practitioner Certification
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
