This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center. Need to have Medicare Part D knowledge. Multiple positions Open!
• Work on the pharmacy help desk handling prior authorization requests from doctors’ offices.
• Requests are received via fax, mail, email, phone and electronic PA system
• Receive and respond to member questions about their pharmacy benefit
• Work from home – private and quiet workspace required
Ability to work 8.5 hours starting as early as 8am and ending as late as 9pm.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience – The most important must-have skills.
• Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
• Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)
• Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes
