We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Pharmacy Technician to join our team remotely. This role offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Responsibilities
• Contact patients or physician offices to coordinate medication changes
• Manage inbound calls from providers regarding medication-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate and efficient documentation for all communications and processes
Qualifications
• Current Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• High school diploma or GED
Education Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• An associate degree or higher is a plus
Education Requirements Credential Category
• Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri required
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB) preferred
Experience Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Experience in Managed Care environments preferred
• Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid plans preferred
