Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool or Elementary School Teacher/Educator to become an integral part of our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with strategic partners in Miami-Dade County, guiding them throughout their onboarding journey and beyond. Although this role is primarily remote, it will require regular visits to local partners and may involve occasional evening or weekend engagements to provide exceptional support to our clientele.
Key Responsibilities
• Foster and uphold strong, trust-based partnerships to promote mutual success.
• Serve as the primary contact for partner inquiries, needs, and challenges.
• Conduct regular onsite visits to evaluate partner satisfaction and collect critical feedback.
• Design and execute an effective onboarding process for new partners to ensure a seamless experience.
• Develop and implement a partner success strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and partner needs.
• Identify and leverage opportunities for growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement with partners.
• Provide extensive training and resources to partners, empowering them to achieve success with our offerings.
• Act as the liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring swift resolution of any issues that may arise.
• Analyze partner data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on partner success metrics and growth trajectories.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure cohesive partner strategies.
• Support the broader customer base by assisting with customer support inquiries as necessary.
Required Skills
• Strong communication, networking, and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical skills for interpreting partner data effectively.

Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably in a public school setting.

Compensation And Benefits
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Miami with a competitive salary range of (70,000 to )80,000 USD, supplemented by bonuses and stock options. Total compensation will be determined based on experience and skill level.
