We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic Manufacturing & Supply Chain team. In this remote role, you will oversee tool crib operations, focusing on optimizing storage efficiency and leading team members in their daily responsibilities. You will work closely with both management and shop floor teams, balancing desk-based tasks with hands-on engagement to support project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee the daily operations of the tool crib, ensuring optimal part and supply storage.
? Lead and guide the crib team in project planning and execution.
? Analyze operational data and generate insightful reports for decision-making.
? Collaborate with colleagues and management across various levels to ensure seamless operations.
? Maintain professional communication with suppliers and stakeholders for effective coordination.
? Prioritize and manage projects to meet deadlines efficiently.
? Operate a forklift as needed (certification required).
Required Skills:
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP and template creation).
? Experience creating effective presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint.
? Strong written communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar.
? Valid driver?s license.
? Basic understanding of warehouse or industrial supply chain operations.
