We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and dynamic Consulting Remote Recruiter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to use your full-cycle recruiting skills to identify, engage, and hire top talent for our organization. As a Consulting Remote Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from beginning to end, including posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, checking references, and facilitating onboarding. You will work closely with our management team to understand their hiring needs and build a pipeline of quality candidates. This role requires a deep understanding of the nonprofit industry and a solid background in using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Are you a seasoned recruiter with a passion for finding the best talent and a knack for building strong relationships? We are seeking a Consulting Remote Recruiter to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact on our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), and experience in the nonprofit sector.
Responsibilities:
As a Consulting Remote Recruiter, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Managing full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, to extending offers and facilitating onboarding.
2. Utilizing LinkedIn and other social networking platforms to source potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
3. Posting job openings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
4. Checking references meticulously to ensure the authenticity and competence of candidates.
5. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
6. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in recruiting technologies.
7. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive recruitment records in our ATS.
8. Providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
9. Working closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
10. Supporting the continuous improvement of our recruitment process.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this exciting role, you should have:
1. At least 5 years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
2. Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
3. Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social networking platforms for recruitment.
4. Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment technologies.
5. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting.
8. Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
9. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions.
10. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
