Key Responsibilities
• Take the lead in integrating and optimizing Salesforce Data Cloud services, providing additional expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) as required.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to convert business needs into scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in Salesforce Data Cloud technology, ensuring the implementation of new features and best practices.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to ensure alignment of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions with client business processes.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members throughout the lifecycle of projects.
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues, fostering their growth in Salesforce Data Cloud and occasionally in SFMC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges within Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
• Develop detailed documentation for Salesforce Data Cloud projects, supporting ongoing success and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively identify enhancement opportunities for Salesforce Data Cloud configurations to improve performance.
• Ensure smooth integration of Salesforce Data Cloud with various systems and platforms.
• Stay informed about industry trends related to Salesforce Data Cloud, utilizing insights to maintain a competitive edge.
