Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a robust social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit, to foster brand awareness and community engagement.
• Manage and optimize our YouTube advertising strategy, encompassing campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, creative direction, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to produce compelling social media content that resonates with our audience and aligns with campaign objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics on social media and YouTube, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Cultivate and engage our online communities, responding to interactions and building strong relationships with followers.
• Work in conjunction with digital marketing teams to ensure harmonious and effective cross-channel campaigns.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in social media and YouTube advertising, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and impactful.

Required Skills
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in social media marketing with a strong emphasis on YouTube ad management.
• Proven track record in orchestrating and managing large-scale social media and video ad campaigns with measurable success.
• Expertise in YouTube ad formats, audience segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with ad platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools like Google Analytics and Sprout Social, along with YouTube performance metrics.
• Experience in budget management for paid social and video advertising initiatives.
• Exceptional project management abilities, adept at juggling multiple campaigns concurrently.
• A creative mindset, skilled in designing effective content strategies.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.

Qualifications
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Competitive Salary: (99,800 – )149,700, commensurate with experience and location.
