Responsibilities
– Assist clients in planning and booking various travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel advice
– Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information
– Collaborate with hotels, airlines, and other travel partners to secure the best deals for clients
– Create detailed itineraries tailored to clients’ preferences and budget constraints
Skills
– Strong background in hospitality and customer service
– Proficient in sales techniques to upsell travel packages and services
– Excellent knowledge of travel planning including booking systems and reservation software
– Familiarity with hotel accommodations and amenities
– Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with clients and vendors
