Ball is seeking a Remote Web Chat Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess a high level of energy and… confidence.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat
– Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
– Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
– Make quick and effective decisions to resolve customer issues and provide a positive experience
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers
– Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
– Energetic and confident personality traits
– Strong time management skills
– Ability to make quick and effective decisions
– Excellent written communication skills
– Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms
