Requirements:
• Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing teams focused on upsell, cross-sell, or account management.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Knowledge of the vacation rental industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
