Role Details:
· Position: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
· Completing sales efforts outlined in the Marketing Plan to achieve and/or exceed revenue goals;
· Assisting in the development of the marketing plan and annual budget;
· Identify and develop new client bases and maintain relationships with existing clients to enhance business networks;
· Ensure client retention through dedicated customer service and support;
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities;
· Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities;
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field;
· 3 -5 years of sales or marketing experience in the electrical equipment sector, preferably in transformers;
· Proven experience in B2B environments;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with a diverse range of clients;
· Ability to work effectively with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the technical aspects of products and services meet the project’s requirements;
· Strong problem solver with the ability to handle difficult situations;
