Responsibilities will include:
– Proofreading documents and reviewing video / interactive content for errors
– General administrative / clerical tasks
– Administering skills assessments & scheduling interviews
• Required qualifications*
– Native or fluent English speaker
– Excellent grammar, spelling and proofreading skills
– Attention to detail
– Extremely well-organized and able to track many projects / tasks at once
– Basic to intermediate MS Office and Google Docs skills
– Ideally based in North America, or at least able to work customary North American business hours
– Windows computer and reliable high-speed Internet
• Desirable qualifications*
– Familiar with Slack
– Some experience with Quickbooks
– Formal QA or customer support experience a plus
Candidates will be expected to pass a paid, timed skills test
