This role involves managing compensation projects from inception to implementation, including data analysis, policy review, geographic assignments, and overseeing annual merit cycles. Responsibilities
• Analyze compensation, market, and other data to provide recommendations
• Research external market trends and internal data to inform compensation strategies
• Develop and document internal business processes to meet organizational goals
• Lead the development of compensation design and introduction of new programs
• Administer day-to-day compensation operations and research related issues
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate compensation strategies and provide data-driven recommendations
• Perform operational responsibilities such as market analysis, salary ranges, and job descriptions
• Audit and maintain compensation policies/programs for compliance
• Develop content for education and training on compensation programs
• Manage the annual merit cycle for various pay structures
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, accounting, finance, or mathematics preferred
• 3+ years of advanced compensation analysis experience or equivalent
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with other departments
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage assigned projects effectively
