Description:
• Responsible for building and scaling DoorDash’s eCommerce sales team
• Lead strategies and execution across sales initiatives that drive company goals
• Oversee a leadership bench with multiple layers and support a growing team of sales professionals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to drive success for the Commerce Platform
Requirements:
• 8+ years of sale leadership experience (Director+), with a mix of Mid-Market, SMB (and Enterprise) experience
• 5+ years of experience as a second/third-line leader and managing multiple layers of sales leadership
• Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, products, and integrations with technology ecosystems
• Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize teams within a platform SaaS model
• Extensive experience with partnering cross-functionally to drive cohesion and success against sales initiatives
• Experience building multidimensional sales teams and establishing goals that align teams
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
