What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Lead and provide support for the implementation and administration of IAM platforms
– Respond to break/fix requests, monitor environment, and support Digital Technology in change management
– Ensure IAM solutions adhere to regulatory, compliance, and internal requirements
– Collaborate with development teams and other IAM service consumers
– Provide guidance on the implementation and usage of IAM capabilities in enterprise systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree in STEM
– 4+ years of related experience
– In-depth understanding of Enterprise or Customer Identity & Access Management
– Knowledge of identity Protocols and technologies
– Understanding of modern software lifecycle development
– Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or Computer Science
– CISA, CISM, CISSP certification
– 6+ years of related experience
– Knowledge of organizational standards and policies
– Knowledge of compliance regulations
