Objectives of this Role
路 Designing and developing solutions using a microservices pattern and structure.
路 Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends related to frontend and backend development, and proactively suggest innovative ideas to improve the application’s architecture and performance.
路 Developing test automation to deliver high-quality microservices.
路 Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following coding best practices and industry standards.
路 Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall code quality of the team.
路 Collaborate with the product team for user acceptance testing
路 Collaborate with the QA team to ensure proper testing and quality assurance procedures are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
路 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to understand business requirements and provide technical expertise in the rewrite of the legacy application.
路 Provide technical support and guidance to other team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
路 Assist in the deployment and production release of the application, ensuring smooth transition from the legacy system to the new stack.
路 Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
路 Bachelor聮s degree or equivalent experience in computer science.
路 Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer, with a focus on web application development.
路 Strong proficiency in React and ASP.NET Core, with hands-on experience in migrating legacy “webform” applications to modern web frameworks.
路 7+ years of hands-on experience in .Net core, C#.Net core, C#.Net, Web API, MVC, and Microservices
路 5+ years experience working with MS SQL database
路 Proficient hands-on experience with LINQ and Entity Framework.
路 Modern web security methodologies & familiarity with non-relational databases (NoSQL, Elastic Search)
路 Strong Object Oriented design skills with excellent knowledge/usage of Design patterns.
路 Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
路 Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.
路 Proficient in software development methodologies, standards, and tools (JIRA, Git, etc.)
Preferred Skills and Experience
路 Solid understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines.
路 Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
路 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
路 Experience with GCP cloud platform.
