Looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to work Remotely supporting corporate offices across the United States. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in filling Engineering / Quality / Technical / Manufacturing roles… within a fast-paced Medical Device corporate environment. This person will work with teams in supporting their hiring needs. The successful candidate will be a proactive, driven, high-performer who is exceptionally well-organized, process driven, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and is able to effectively multi-task and manage constantly shifting priorities.
Qualified candidates must:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-8 Years Full-Life-Cycle Experience in a Corporate or Corporate + Agency Setting or RPO.
• Hourly , nonexempt, Quality / Technical / Manufacturing/ Production recruiting in their background, preferably in Medical Device.
• Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure the right talent is being identified and hired.
• Previous experience supporting full-life-cycle recruiting needs.
• Pharmaceutical/ Medical Device recruiting Background a plus.
• Possess strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to multi-task.
• PC Literate with Widows including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (or similar email application), and Internet Savvy.
• High degree of grit
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Results-oriented mindset (high sense of urgency, determination, tenacity, etc.).
• Experience utilizing sourcing plans. Willingness to learn and comprehend innovative sourcing strategies using Linkedin and other tools including proactive phone and internet research
