• Engage in sports campaigns and daily conversations related to service issues and products.
• Manage brand content across social networks including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries across social media channels.
• Write strategies, content, and reporting for effective results.
• Contribute to developing successful agency and client processes, including training guides and case studies.
Requirements:
• 2-5 years of experience in community management preferred.
• Additional experience in social media, paid media, and other areas of marketing is a plus.
• Professional experience using enterprise publishing and listening tools.
• Proficient in Sprinklr is a significant plus.
• Comfortable with flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented, organized, caring, innovative, communicative, and data-driven.
• Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively collaborate and engage.
• Quick learner, always looking to embrace and master new technologies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions.
