Handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, services, and procedures.
Record and document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a remote role).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to handle difficult situations.
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software applications.
