American Health Connection (AHC) is growing and needs Spanish Bilingual Work From Home Patient Services Representatives. AHC provides patients with full-service, virtual central scheduling and communications services. Each Patient Services Representative is part of a team that will support a Medical Health System client. Patient Services Representatives communicate with patients via phone, accurately and timely schedule appointments based on provided protocols, pre-register patients and verify insurance. This is a virtual medical call center position, so you know when you disconnect the patient call, you are done with that task and on to the next patient call.
• We prefer candidates with 1-year minimum high-volume scheduling experience in a high-volume call center environment. Representatives can expect to handle 75+ calls back-to-back per shift. Medical experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in fluent English and Spanish.
• Candidates must have exceptional communication skills, including written (legible, concise, and with appropriate spelling) and verbal, including proper phone etiquette.
• The Patient Services Representatives must have private, noise-free, HIPAA-compliant space at home.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

DAY SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Monday – Friday
Must be available for rotating 4th weekends
Hourly Rate Starts At $17.00 with a 90 Day Review
