? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent… practical experience.
? 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
? MBA or equivalent practical experience.
? 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
? 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
? Experience with data analytics and insights generation.
? Experience in building dashboards and delivering insights from data.
? Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

Global Partnerships (GP) Tools builds on multiple tools that enable workflow efficiencies for Partnerships teams. The goal is to expand coverage across GP, deliver meaningful insights to enable leadership decision making, and to infuse tools with AI to deliver more value to users. As the Strategy and Operations Lead, you will work with the Product Managers/Leads and Engineers on the team to bring helpful products to more GP users.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
? Develop the tooling strategy for teams within Global partnerships (GP) and support the implementation plan including change management required for cross-functional adoption.
? Own operational aspects of Global Partnerships Tools (GPT) to ensure that all planned launches and deliverables are progressing and risks/dependencies are appropriately addressed.
? Create and execute against a GP Leadership stakeholder strategy to ensure that GP Leads and their delegates are aware of tooling success metrics and engaged in landing tools.
? Co-own measurement metrics (e.g., tools adoption, productivity, strategic value) for the team, and support the insights delivered through information in tools.
? Manage special projects such as AI use cases for GP and stakeholders.
