The Interior Design Society (IDS) is seeking a Temporary Data Entry Specialist to support our membership team by ensuring accurate and up-to-date member records. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage data entry tasks with precision. The specialist will be responsible for updating member records, completing a weekly transaction log, and approving membership profiles.
This temporary position will last for a minimum of 6 months with the flexibility to work remotely or from our office in High Point, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately update and maintain member records in the association’s database.
• Review and approve membership profiles to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Complete a weekly transaction log, tracking membership updates, payments, and adjustments.
• Assist with general administrative data tasks as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all member information.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Prior experience in data entry, record-keeping, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in data processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and database management systems.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage workload efficiently.
• Compensation & Duration:
• $20 per hour
• 10 hours per week
• Minimum commitment of 6 months
