What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Promote and drive sales of MasterBrand cabinet lines within Lowe’s stores in the assigned territory
– Capture market share by effectively communicating the value of MasterBrand products
– Provide product knowledge and sales training to in-store designers
– Mentor designers to improve their selling skills and technical expertise
– Conduct regular sales visits to each store within the territory

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships
– Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Willingness to travel frequently within the territory, including occasional overnight stays
– Physical capability to lift and handle up to 40 lbs. for in-store setup and support
– Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Familiarity with kitchen design software or computer-aided design tools
– Ability to speak Spanish
