• Design customized itineraries that align with clients’ preferences, ensuring they get all the Magical Experiences they are interested in
• Accommodation Recommendations:
• Advise clients on resort selections, considering factors such as room type, location, and amenities
• Assist with room upgrades, special requests, and accessibility accommodations
• Dining Experience:
• Provide insights into all dining options, entertainment, and recreational activities
• Recommend specialty dining reservations, spa services, and other cruise amenities to enhance the overall experience
• Travel Logistics:
• Facilitate transportation arrangements to and from their vacation location
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly
• Assist clients with any issues that may arise before or during the vacation
• Sales and Promotions:
• Stay informed about Disney’s promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs
