路Cold calling companies and trying to win their business
路Attending client meetings and keeping up to date with hiring criteria
路Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn
路Manging the end-to-end interviewing process and liaising with clients and candidates
路Negotiating the best contract for your candidate
路Consistently updating and adding to the company database
路Creating market relevant content for LinkedIn
路Working towards and exceeding personal targets

路Experience working in a sales or commercial background
路Excellent problem solving skills
