Job Description

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent written communication skills

Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries promptly and accurately via live chat
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Provide information on UPS services and policies
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
