Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring the best talent for various non-technical positions within our company. You will work closely with department managers to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage the full-cycle recruitment process. Your mission is to ensure we hire individuals who contribute to our companyÂ’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements for non-technical positions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the offer process, including extending offers and negotiating terms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
• Experience recruiting for roles in industries such as Engineering, Accounting, marketing, finance, sales, or customer service.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a non-technical field.
• Strong understanding of various non-technical roles and industries.
• Excellent sourcing and networking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit with company culture.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
