With a strategic blend of mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth, they are looking for a seasoned Vice President of Transformation to lead their transformation initiatives and ensure that the company’s processes and systems are agile and scalable.
Position Summary:
The Vice President of Transformation will be a strategic leader responsible for driving major change initiatives and business process optimizations that align with the organization’s growth objectives. The role demands a leader who can facilitate and drive change in a fast-paced environment leveraging strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The VP will work closely with senior stakeholders to redefine processes and integrate transformative strategies across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute the company’s transformation strategy, focusing on business process re-engineering, system integrations, and operational excellence.
• Partner with key business leaders to drive change management processes and the adoption of new initiatives.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify opportunities for improvements, increased efficiency, and cost reductions.
• Oversee the portfolio of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and other departments to align transformation initiatives with technological advancements and financial planning.
• Design and implement metrics to measure process improvements and impact on business results.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers, business analysts, and other transformation professionals.
• Provide regular updates to the executive team and stakeholders on the progress of transformation initiatives.
• Drive the development of best practices and create a framework for repeatable success in company operations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a transformation leadership role with a proven track record in process re-engineering and change management.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing a PMO.
• Significant experience working with cross-functional teams and senior-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with various business systems and technology platforms.
• Solid understanding of financial principles and cost optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
