Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support American Express’s global business objectives.
Manage relationships with network partners and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Use your network management expertise to drive cost efficiencies and optimize network performance.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to network management team members.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for network management initiatives.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, to provide updates on network management activities and successes.
Continuously evaluate and improve network management processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Represent American Express at industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay abreast of industry developments.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to network management.
Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to track and report on network management performance and financial metrics.
