We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll be responsible for providing administrative support, managing communication, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
Managing emails, calendar, and appointments for team members.
Handling basic bookkeeping tasks and maintaining financial records.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, webinars, and virtual events.
Conducting internet research and compiling information as needed.
Assisting with social media management and content creation.
Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Collaborating with team members on various projects and tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Reliable internet connection and a home office setup.
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles is a plus.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Conditions:
Part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Flexible working hours with the possibility of evening or weekend tasks.
Remote work setup; candidates must have a quiet and dedicated workspace.
Monthly or hourly payment, depending on the agreement.
